The floating cup

The teacup drifted between lampposts like a lazy balloon. Snoggle caught the handle and a puff of rainbow steam rose.


 Junior laughed and coughed at the same time. Inside a tiny mirror shimmered. It showed two views of Paddington.


 One filled with laughter and one quiet. Laughter missing leaves a shadow said Snoggle. The mirror cleared and revealed a door painted with musical notes.
