Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and TinyTales LLC. By visiting, accessing or using Tiny Tales Land, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use Tiny Tales Land for a child, classroom, homeschool group or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or its services.

Families, children and adult supervision

Tiny Tales Land is designed for families, children ages 3 to 10, educators and homeschool families. Children do not need to create an account to enjoy the Free areas of the site.

• An adult must create and manage any account or paid membership.
• Children should use the site with the guidance of a parent, guardian or educator.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.
• You are responsible for deciding whether content is suitable for the children in your care.

Parent, guardian and educator accounts

A parent, guardian or educator may create an account to purchase a membership and open protected content. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

• Keep your sign in details confidential.
• Do not share access outside the household, classroom or homeschool use covered by your plan.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

TinyTales LLC may ask you to reset your credentials or verify account ownership when reasonably necessary to protect the account or the service.

Premium memberships and recurring billing

Kids Premium and Educator Premium are recurring memberships. The price, billing interval and included features are shown on the Membership Plans page and again during checkout. Prices are displayed in United States dollars.

• You create or sign into an adult account before checkout.
• You are not charged until you review and confirm the payment.
• By completing checkout, you authorize the selected monthly or yearly charge to renew at the stated interval until cancelled.
• Membership access begins after checkout is completed successfully.
• If a payment fails, access may be paused or ended until payment is resolved.

You may cancel using any cancellation control available in your account. If no control is available, contact us at Team@tinytalesllc.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the checkout terms state otherwise.

Refund eligibility is determined by the information presented at checkout, the nature of the digital service and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits a refund or cancellation right that the law requires.

Permitted personal, classroom and homeschool use

TinyTales LLC gives you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive and nontransferable right to access the content available under your plan.

• Families may read, watch, listen to and use content within their household.
• Educator resources may be used by the subscribing educator in their own classroom, small group or homeschool setting.
• Printable files may be printed in reasonable quantities for the permitted household or teaching group.
• A classroom or homeschool license is not an organization wide, school wide or resale license unless we agree in writing.

Any use not expressly allowed by these Terms remains reserved by TinyTales LLC.

Free content and Premium access

Tiny Tales Land offers Free content and previews alongside content reserved for active Premium members. We may add, remove or change Free content, previews and Premium collections as the library grows.

• Free access does not guarantee that a particular item will remain Free permanently.
• Premium content requires an eligible active membership.
• You may not bypass sign in, payment, membership or other access controls.
• You may not share protected files or direct access with people who are not covered by your plan.

Acceptable conduct

When using Tiny Tales Land, you agree that you will not

• interfere with the security, operation or availability of the website
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, files or protected areas
• scrape, harvest, index or automatically download site content without written permission
• upload malicious code or use the service for unlawful, harmful or deceptive activity
• remove copyright notices, watermarks, credits or access labels
• use TinyTales content or data to train, test or develop an artificial intelligence model without written permission
• pretend to be TinyTales LLC or suggest an unauthorized partnership or endorsement

Intellectual property and ownership

Unless stated otherwise, TinyTales LLC owns or controls the stories, characters, illustrations, logos, videos, audio, music, activities, downloads, page designs and other original content presented on Tiny Tales Land.

You may not copy, adapt, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, upload or create derivative products from TinyTales content without prior written permission, except for the limited use expressly allowed by these Terms.

TinyTales Land, TinyTales Nightfall and associated character and collection names may be protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you when you access, download or print content.

Third party services and external links

Tiny Tales Land may use or link to third party services, including video hosting, account tools, payment processing and downloadable file delivery. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

TinyTales LLC does not control the availability, security or content of an independent third party service. A link does not mean that we endorse every part of the linked service. Please supervise children when they leave Tiny Tales Land or use an embedded service.

Educational and family guidance

Stories, discussions, character traits and activities are provided for educational and entertainment purposes. They are designed to support conversation, imagination and shared learning.

TinyTales content is not medical, mental health, therapeutic, legal, safeguarding or other professional advice. Parents, guardians and educators remain responsible for supervision, teaching decisions and obtaining qualified support where needed.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep Tiny Tales Land safe, useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error free access. Maintenance, technical issues, third party services and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

We may improve, replace, reorganize or discontinue features and content. Where a change materially affects a paid membership, we will provide any notice required by applicable law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Tales Land and its content are provided on an as available basis without warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TinyTales LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes loss caused by interruptions, external services, unauthorized account use or use of content outside its intended family and educational context.

Some laws do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limitations of liability. In that case, the exclusion or limitation applies only to the maximum extent the law permits. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account violates these Terms, creates a security risk, misuses protected content, harms others or uses the service unlawfully.

You may stop using the service at any time. Ending an account does not automatically create a right to a refund. Cancellation and refund rights remain subject to Section 4 and applicable law.

Terms concerning ownership, permitted use, disclaimers, liability and any unpaid obligations continue to apply after access ends where their nature requires it.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, memberships or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page.

When required by law, or when a change materially affects an active membership, we will provide additional notice through the website, account or email. Your continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, except where the law requires another form of consent.

Applicable law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the state laws that apply to TinyTales LLC and the transaction. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live remain unaffected.

Before starting a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the concern fairly. This request does not reduce any legal time limit or right that cannot be waived.

General legal terms

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any terms shown at checkout form the agreement governing your use of Tiny Tales Land. If a checkout term applies specifically to a purchase, that term controls only for that purchase.

• If one part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the remaining parts continue to apply.
• A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
• You may not transfer your account, membership or rights under these Terms without our written permission.
• TinyTales LLC may transfer its rights and responsibilities as part of a lawful reorganization, financing, merger or sale of the business.
• Section headings are provided for convenience and do not change the meaning of the Terms.
