The Puzzle Patience
Rick Allen

Emma groaned, pushing puzzle pieces aside.

“I can’t do it!” Olivia sat beside her, calm and steady.

“Let’s try again together. You may want to find the corner pieces first.”

Every afternoon, the same routine. Some days, Emma whined. Other days, she gave up quickly.

But Olivia never rushed, she never scolded just patiently guided her through each step every day.  Emma fit the last piece in place a week later and clapped her hands.

Olivia smiled. “You did it all by yourself!” Emma beamed. “I’m good at puzzles now!” Patience had worked its quiet magic, turning frustration into confidence.

What We Learned

Emma keeps returning to the puzzle despite frustration, proving that patience and persistence turn challenges into triumphs.
