Anthony the Ant
Courage
Illustration of Anthony the Ant, a tiny red ant with glasses, cape, and utility belt, striking a heroic pose with one fist raised.

Long before the world knew his name, Anthony Ant lived in a busy little anthill behind the cafeteria of Sunshine Elementary. He was the smallest of his siblings — barely the size of a grain of rice — and always getting overlooked in the hustle of colony life.

But Anthony had something no one else did: *courage and curiosity the size of a mountain.* While other ants stuck to the tunnels, Anthony explored the playground, the library, and even the music room.

One day, he saw a boy named Marcus sitting alone by the monkey bars, tears in his eyes and a broken toy in his hands. Something in Anthony said, “Do something.” So he climbed up the boy’s shoelace, tugged on a thread, and made the toy bounce just enough to catch Marcus’s attention.

The boy wiped his eyes, smiled, and whispered, “Hey little buddy… did you do that?”

From that moment on, Anthony knew his mission: *to help kids in moments big and small — at school, at home, and everywhere feelings get tough.*

He trained by dodging paper airplanes, balancing on spilled crayons, and learning to listen for feelings others couldn’t see.

He may be tiny, but he’s strong. Brave. Bold.

Anthony Ant is the hero you didn’t know you needed — until you drop your courage, and he shows you how to pick it back up again.

“Even the smallest hero can make the biggest save.”
