In the winding tunnels of Tumbletrail Hollow, where vines dangle like jungle swings and the earth is soft enough to somersault through, lives Noodle—a ferret who never met a twist he didn’t take.

From the moment he popped out of his burrow (backwards, of course), Noodle has been wiggling, bending, cartwheeling, and zig-zagging his way through life. While other young creatures followed paths, Noodle drew his own—sometimes in the air with a flip, sometimes through the trees, and once through the mayor’s laundry line (he did say sorry!).

As a kit, he was always the one to say, “That didn’t work—let’s try it upside down!” Whether he was building a tree-slide out of soup spoons or inventing a snack sorter out of socks, Noodle saw possibilities everywhere. He believed every “Oops!” was just a “Ta-da!” in disguise.

At first, others thought Noodle was too unpredictable, too messy, or just plain odd. But one day, a great windstorm knocked over the central bridge in Tiny Tales Land—and everyone panicked.

 Everyone but Noodle. He stretched, rolled, and crawled through the wreckage, finding a way no one else could. Then, with tree vines, cart wheels, and a bendy branch or two, he reconnected the village—upside down, of course. It wasn’t perfect, but it worked. And it brought everyone across safely.

From that day on, Noodle was celebrated not just for being flexible in body—but in mind and spirit.

Now, he teaches others that it’s okay to change plans, to mess up, to try something new. He helps Leafy when a garden needs rethinking, joins Junior on wild storytelling tangents, and even helped Sturro loosen up once with a daring dance challenge.

With his bendy jumpsuit, springy tail, and brain that bounces between ten ideas a second, Noodle reminds everyone:

“You don’t have to go the right way—just the next way.”

Because in Tiny Tales Land, when things go twisty, they call Noodle. And when he arrives, it’s never in a straight line.
